Audit Trail Records

This feature offers a comprehensive list of all the activities in a system. It is a tool for administrator to see all activities performed by a user and all users in a day. A date/time filter is provided in the Audit Trail view. It keep tracks of what’s going. It plays a key role in any organization.

The record for each event includes the following:

• Time of the acivity
• Date when the activity is performed.
• Username of the person who performed the activity.
• The type of action performed
• The information about the action (whether activity was successful or pending).
• The IP address of the computer where the user logged in.
