~eFotoXpress Provides Relief Aid and Financing to Philippine Flood Victims~

Pasig City, Philippines., October 1, 2009 - eFotoXpress, Inc., a leader in providing hospitals and medical imaging centers with cost-effective and expandable PACs storage and archiving and radiology information systems to smoothly transition from film to digital, today announced that it is donating relief aid and financing to Philippine flood victims.

"The tropical storm brought the worst flooding in four decades, this is a terrible tragedy," said Edward Tan, chief executive officer of eFotoXpress. "Our DCM Systems has become widely adopted by many hospitals here in the Philippines, we feel it our duty to give back to this country and support the relief efforts in this time of great need."

On September 27th early in the morning at 6:00 am, eFotoXpress staff together with Mr. Tan went to one of the affected areas in Quezon City and delivered bread and water. The team from eFotoXpress returned a second time with many relief goods including rice, sugar, matches, sardines, noodles, coffee, candles, adults tee-shirts, and clothes for children including jackets for boys and girls. eFotoXpress staff provided for over 600 affected people in San Francisco Del Monte Quezon City.

Mr. Tan also announced eFotoXpress will provide emergency funds help to employees affected by the flash flood especially those living in Cainta and Pasig. The homes of three eFotoXpress employees were submerged by flooding up to their roofs. Emily Galulan's house was greatly damaged leaving nothing for her and her family.
